It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce the fusion of the two well-known Swedish IP firms Bjerkéns Patentbyrå KB and Hynell Intellectual Property AB. The new firm, Bjerkén Hynell KB, is a full-service IP firm which will continue to maintain the high standards and client-friendly traditions of the founding firms.

Our head office is located in Stockholm, with other offices in Gävle, Västerås, Karlstad, Hagfors and Ystad. We also have an office in the UK. Our colleagues are authorised to practice before the EPO, EUIPO and WIPO, with our office in the UK allowing us to represent our clients in the UK.
