M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology. Anders has worked with intellectual property since 1986. From 1986 to 1993, he worked as a patent examiner at the Swedish Patent Office and from 1993 to 1999 he worked as a patent engineer at Pacesetter, which later became St Jude Medical, where he was responsible for a large patent portfolio in the field of pacemaker technology. He then worked as a patent consultant at another Swedish patent firm from 1999 to 2016.

Anders is authorised by the European Patent Office as a European Patent Attorney. He has prosecuted a large number of patent cases. He has experience from many different stages in the prosecution process, both at the Swedish Patent Office and the European Patent Office. He has drafted patent applications in a wide range of technical areas such as medical technology, vehicle technology, computer technology, mechanics and mechanical machinery.

Anders has worked at Bjerkén Hynell since 2016.
